Welcome to Larimer Village  located off Plymouth Avenue (State Road 119) on the southwest side of Goshen Indiana adjacent to the Black Squirrel Golf Course.  The village contains 24 condominiums and 29 villas .  The total of 53 units is a completed project, there are no lots available for construction.

 

The center of the village features a beautiful pond with the perimeter units bordering the golf course to the west, the Baptist church to the east and the West Goshen Cemetery to the north. It is a quiet community of friendly folks with limited access and no through traffic. It features sidewalks through the whole community with streets that are maintained by the city. 

 

Larimer Village Condominium Association is governed by an elected board of directors with a salaried On-Site Property Manager.  The association operates on a yearly budget funded by a unit monthly HOA fee and provides unit insurance and most exterior maintenance.
